I'm a Senior Product Designer with a background in visual design, MSc in interaction design and 10 years of experience working in multidisciplinary and international teams. I like designing valuable experiences in digital interfaces and facilitating innovation in physical encounters.

Product development process: I am a full-stack designer that can lead through the whole product development process from discovery to final UI, and take my stakeholders on the journey with me.
Balancing between business goals and user-centricity: Being educated as a UX designer means I am a fierce defender of the end user, but in the real world, business goals and growth metrics are something every designer needs to be comfortable taking into account.
Facilitation: I love running workshops & design sprints with multidisciplinary teams. I've also organized, ran, and facilitated hackathons with dozens of participants. The best and most innovative results emerge when it's fun!
Design thinking: We can be most efficient and creative when we tackle challenges systematically and in collaboration. I’ve also trained design thinking methods to clients and colleagues in Finland and Sweden.
Communication: I am skilled in presenting my work in front of people and defending the design choices I've made. I have very good communication skills in English and my native Finnish. I’m also an aspiring public speaker!
User research. I am skilled in running qualitative user research such as interviews and usability testing, and drawing insights.
Before moving to Berlin I have lived in Helsinki, Malmö, Madrid and Barcelona. I am really good at choosing avocados of the perfect ripeness in the supermarket.
