Customer Experience Manager

I am a seasoned customer service and customer experience management professional with more
than 6 years of experience across SaaS technology products, health-tech and other spaces. My
responsibilities across these stints include managing inbound inquiries, escalations and stakeholder
relationships among others.

· Managing all customer feedback and categorize it for analysis
· Respond promptly and professionally to all users via Intercom, Braze, Auth
· Identify trends and insights that can impact team goals, including user experience, business
growth and operational efficiency
· Maintain a pulse on user feedback, provide prompt and proper resolution of technical
challenges and share meaningful feedback with the other internal stakeholders to improve user
experience
· Escalating safety and quality related cases to the Medical Safety team
