Global Talent Acquisition Director

With 10+ years Senior TA Leadership experience across EMEA, APAC & LATAM, my passion and strengths lie in building & leading high performing teams and acting as a strategic advisor to partners as they scale their organisations internationally. My journey at the global unicorn saw the company scale from just under 2k to 90k globally and each stage of this growth has been both challenging and rewarding professionally. I am keen to join a growing organisation where I can leverage my experience and deliver impact.

In terms of direct TA experience, I have managed Commercial (Platform Partnerships and Sales), Operations, G&A, and Engineering business units, as well as leading Early-in-Career, Experienced, and Executive TA teams. Additionally, I joined both Google and a second global market leader at very early stages in their growth in the EMEA market and have first-hand experience of what is required to establish and evolve a successful international TA function.
